We were recommended to use Neil King to sell our late Mum’s house by somebody who had used them before, and it was a very good recommendation. Neil King and his team handled this sale very much at arm’s length for us, as none of us live locally. Viewings were arranged quickly, and the follow up after those visits was exemplary. Neil and the team “filtered” the time wasters and the chancers, concentrating on serious buyers. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and where minor issues arose (such as a leaky radiator) they were quickly resolved, so we’re really pleased with the way that the sale was handled. I should also add that I didn’t consider the fees excessive, so that was an added bonus.
