In 2018, I was living in a different area, and initially I tried local estate agents but found the level of service and professionalism ‘patchy’ with frustration over poor quality viewing appointments and other annoying back office issues. Hence, I asked NK to takeover sole agency, despite not considered an expert in IG6. It soon became apparent this was a correct decision. Super photos, quality marketing and efficiency - business as usual. Their service, from the start to completion again exemplary. When it came to vetting potential buyers they fared much better than others, and especially in a buyers’ market, a top notch estate agent is essential. Email and telephone correspondence/calls were dealt with in super-quick time with straightforward questions dealt with and without the waffle that you can get with this service industry. Neil King runs a tight ship with Andrew Gartan and his knowledge of the mortgage market extremely helpful. Through the entire process, Lisa and Miriam were brilliant in passing on important messages.
