I had used Neil King in the past to sell my property while I was living in South Woodford. In 2018, I was living in a different area, and initially I tried local estate agents but found the level of service and professionalism ‘patchy’ with frustration over poor quality viewing appointments and other annoying back office issues. Hence, I asked NK to takeover sole agency, despite not considered an expert in IG6. It soon became apparent this was a correct decision. Super photos, quality marketing and efficiency - business as usual. Their service, from the start to completion again exemplary. When it came to vetting potential buyers they fared much better than others, and especially in a buyers’ market, a top notch estate agent is essential. Email and telephone correspondence/calls were dealt with in super-quick time with straightforward questions dealt with and without the waffle that you can get with this service industry. Neil King runs a tight ship with Andrew Gartan and his knowledge of the mortgage market extremely helpful. Through the entire process, Lisa and Miriam were brilliant in passing on important messages. For me, Neil King sets the standard and I would use them again irrespective of the area.
