I bought a house from Neil and Andrew a few months ago and they were a real pleasure to deal with. They were open and transparent at all stages, from offer through to completion. At times there were bumps in the road - which is inevitable when buying a house - but Andrew and Neil always went out of their way to smooth these. I know that traditionally agents serve the buyer but I really felt that Neil and Andrew wanted to make the process stress free for both parties. I highly recommend Neil King if you are thinking of buying or selling a house. I’ve dealt with Neil and his colleague Andrew as a buyer. All of my previous experiences of being on the buying end of the transaction have been awful - you never quite know if what you’re being told is the truth and it’s really hard getting information from anyone as the agent serves the seller, not the buyer. This is NOT the case with Neil and his team. I never felt that my opinion and circumstances did not matter because I was “only” the buyer. Neil and Andrew have been up front and honest and have tried their hardest to smooth the inevitable bumps in the process, which they have done brilliantly. In all, it could have been a difficult process but thanks to the team at NKRes it has been stress free. I would strongly recommend Neil King.
