When it came to vetting potential buyers they fared much better than others, and especially in a buyers’ market, a top notch estate agent is essential. Email and telephone correspondence/calls were dealt with in super-quick time with straightforward questions dealt with and without the waffle that you can get with this service industry. Neil King runs a tight ship with Andrew Gartan and his knowledge of the mortgage market extremely helpful. Through the entire process, Lisa and Miriam were brilliant in passing on important messages. For me, Neil King sets the standard and I would use them again irrespective of the area.
