The data collection comes from market information on different types of homes all around the area on:

• The trends in popularity for the nearby amenities
• The rise and fall of council tax bands

• The population breakdown by age

We then take that information and not only display it on our website for all our clients to see but use it in our marketing strategies to get the best price for your home at the right time.
