We purchased through NK 6 years ago and used them when it came time to sell based on that experience. A decision we didn't regret. Overall the whole team were extremely helpful, Andrew dealt with us predominantly but whenever speaking to Neil or another member of the team they were always up to speed on the current status of the sale and so if Andrew was ever unavailable it didn't feel like the process was being held up. We had some unexpected delays in the sale process, through no fault of NK, but Andrew worked hard to make sure the chain was kept up to date and make the process as smooth as could be. Overall would highly recommend them for their local knowledge and excellent customer service.
