They encouraged a second viewing when I noted I was interested in viewing again, and did not rush towards an offer which I find happens more often than not with other agents, and to me this shows how that they want to match their clients with the right home, and not just to make a sale. Andrew was fantastic in communicating between myself, the seller, the solicitors and my mortgage advisor, and I'm certain this kept the process on track and running smoothly.
